Hygienic quality and comfort of linen for hotels and restaurants

According to a Tecnè survey conducted on behalf of Assosistema and Confindustria Alberghi, between June and December, 63.4% of business guests and 51.2% of vacation guests will return to hotels compared to 2019. 65.9% are confident that hotels will adopt adequate anti-Covid measures, and 81.5% will inquire about this.

94.5% of the recommendations focus on three aspects: frequent sanitization of common areas and adequate spaces for social distancing, sanitization of sheets, pillowcases, and towels, and of rooms and furnishings. More than 90% of customers stated that they would feel more at ease if sanitization were performed through a "certified" process, carried out by authoritative bodies.
